2nd meeting with a new boss...it went well. My unit becomes important again.

Today my boss felt that I am long due for promotion as well as excellence award... I am demotivated and burnt out. Tired of explaining myself. Office politics are so strong. Hypocrisy people has blinded the Management.
I just don't care anymore....
